Committees of EIBA
Committees EIBA is organized in the following committees: the general assembly, the management board, the steering committee and the executive board.
General Assembly
The general assembly is the highest committee and decides on all questions which fundamentally affect EIBA or, upon request from the executive board, steering committee or management board, to the EIBA President.
Management Board
The EIBA management board consists of a minimum of 5 and maximum of 100 elected people who – as long as the general assembly does not decide otherwise in individual cases – must be owners, board members or managing directors of full member companies or board members of member associations. They are elected by the general assembly and should adequately represent the members of the various industry segments of EIBA as much as possible with regard to technical and structural aspects.
Steering Committee
The steering committee is composed of the president, up to 3 vice presidents, the treasurer and additional members of the EIBA management board.
Executive Board
The group works under the direction of the executive and the board of directors, especially dealing with EIBA's current projects. The steering committee decides on appointment and dismissal.
