Singapore, June 3, 2025 - Tuya Smart (NYSE: TUYA, HKEX: 2391), a leading global AI cloud platform service provider, officially inaugurated its international headquarters in Singapore.

Jerry Wang, Founder and CEO; Leo Chen, Co-Chairman and President; and Alex Yang, Co-Founder, COO, and CFO of Tuya Smart, attended the opening ceremony alongside representatives from leading organizations including 65 Equity Partners 、EDB、M1、HDB、SGX、IMDA、Singtel、StarHub、Capitaland Investment、Certis、EM Service、ST.E、TUV, as well as members of the media. Together, they witnessed the official launch of Tuya’s Singapore International Headquarters.

Jerry Wang, Founder and CEO of Tuya Smart, delivered the opening address and emphasized the strategic importance of the new headquarters: "The establishment of our international headquarters in Singapore coincides with the launch of a local data center, significantly enhancing our service responsiveness. To commemorate the occasion, Jerry Wang, Leo Chen, Alex Yang, Ross Luo, and Karan Saraf jointly presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing a new chapter in Tuya’s international growth. Following the ceremony, Alex Yang led attendees on a guided tour of the headquarters, outlining the company’s future strategic plans and strengthening mutual confidence in collaboration.
