As AI increasingly moves beyond the screen and into the physical world, a new generation of intelligent hardware is beginning to reshape how people live and work. Alex Yang, Co-founder, COO and CFO of Tuya Smart, delivered a keynote titled “AI Is Redefining Everything,” arguing that AI is reshaping the world in three fundamental ways.

“First, AI is transforming real-world scenarios,” said Yang. “In energy management, for example, Tuya connects to dynamic electricity pricing data from more than 1,000 power companies across Europe and uses AI to optimize household electricity usage strategies in real time, helping improve energy-saving efficiency.

“Second, AI is redefining human-machine interaction,” Yang continued. “Tuya’s answer to this shift is Hey Tuya, a super AI lifestyle assistant. Hey Tuya lets users bring AI beyond the screen with a single sentence — working together with a wide range of physical AI devices and enabling seamless whole-scenario coordination.

“Third, AI is changing the way development happens. Tuya has launched Tuya Cobuilder, an end-to-end physical AI generation system that applies Vibe Coding to AI hardware development. Developers can define products and complete hardware development simply by describing their needs in natural language, significantly lowering the barrier to AI application development.”

From Connected Homes to AI-Native and Sustainable Living

GIA Group, one of Spain's leading companies in HVAC and home appliances, shared its experience in bringing AI and connected technologies into the home. With nearly a decade of international experience spanning China and Europe, the company has been working with Tuya to integrate air conditioning, hot water, and home appliances into a more connected and intelligent ecosystem.

Axiom Smart, an AI innovation company from the country of Georgia, is exploring a different dimension of Physical AI through AI companions. Its AI toy, Bubabu, sold out following its debut during the 2025 Christmas season.

Nugzar George Kachukhashvili, Founder and Executive Chairman of Axiom Smart, shared his views on how AI companions will evolve. “AI should not be confined to a screen,” Kachukhashvili said. “It can become a companion with personality, presence, and emotional connection. What people need is not necessarily one general-purpose AI that does everything, but intelligence designed for specific people and scenarios.”

He added: “Working with Tuya's AI + IoT ecosystem, we see an opportunity to bring Physical AI into education, companionship, the home, and many other aspects of everyday life — through the right form factors, interfaces, and roles for each experience.”

The summit also explored how AI and intelligent hardware can transform the way people work. Olinkgo, a company focused on AI-powered workplace productivity, introduced its approach to combining intelligent hardware with AI services. Its AI meeting interpretation device, built around high-accuracy, legal-grade translation and enterprise-level data security, shipped more than 2,000 units following its initial launch.

In a presentation titled “A New Era of Human-Centered Productivity Powered by AI,” Belinda Gan, Director of Olinkgo, discussed how AI can help people navigate an increasingly information-intensive world.

“In an era of information overload, the value of AI lies in helping people capture, organize, and make use of the information that matters,” said Gan. “By combining intelligent hardware with AI services, we want to allow people to stay focused during meetings or classes instead of constantly taking notes, while still receiving complete transcripts, translations, and summaries.”

She added, “We look forward to working with Tuya and more ecosystem partners to expand both awareness and adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools across Europe.”

At the summit, Tuya signed a partnership agreement with Elmarc to jointly advance the market distribution, branding, and localized service of AI-native home energy products in the Benelux market.
