Admission Criteria
Organization Qualification
Must have basic qualifications of an organization and provide basic information including organization name, date of establishment, registered capital, and legal representative.
R&D Capabilities
Can provide end-to-end development and testing services for at least one type of smart product, ranging from hardware, and firmware, to panel programs. Firmware types include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy (LE), Bluetooth mesh, Zigbee, Matter, MCU, Linux, and Android. Panel programs include H5 pages, React Native applications, and WeChat mini programs. Furthermore, experience in mobile app and cloud development is a plus.
Success Stories
Has successfully developed at least one smart product and served at least one brand. Has fully gone through all stages of the product, including requirement analysis, product design, R&D, testing, certification, and mass production.

1-Star Service Provider
Complete the integration and development of any product on the platform.
2-Star Service Provider
The annual shipment amount reaches USD150,000.
3-Star Service Provider

How to Become a Service Provider on the Tuya Developer Platform

The review takes about 7 working days. The platform staff will contact you soon after the review is finished. Please wait with patience.
Code of Conduct for Service Providers
1) The service provider shall abide by the business rules agreed with the platform, and shall not do anything that damages the interests of the platform.
2) The platform and the service provider agree on that: This neutral technical platform only provides the service provider with technical platform support services. The service provider shall independently handle the application development, testing, quality control, and after-sales services of smart products, and shall independently assume the responsibility for product quality and other legal responsibilities to customers.
3) The service provider shall formulate a well-established internal information control system and process, together with necessary technical means and measures, in an effort to ensure the security, accuracy, and authenticity of the data in transit.
4) The service provider shall not transfer or resell platform services and capabilities to third parties.
5) The service provider shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, legality, and validity of the submitted information.
6) The service provider shall not abuse Tuya's trademark, directly provide services to third parties in the name of Tuya, or provide non-Tuya platform capabilities to third parties in the name of Tuya.
