Smart self-balancing unicycle, adult electric scooters, children's scooters, and smart self-balancing transporters are exported to major markets in Europe and America. The products are widely used in short-distance transport, venue inspections, leisure travel, and other fields. The company has two production bases in Yangzhou and Dongguan. There are five production lines with an annual output of about 300,000 units.

XBD learned about Tuya's years of IoT experience and initiated a partnership with Tuya for smart transformation. In September 2019, XBD officially worked with Tuya and successfully developed custom functions for smart, personalized, and convenient electric scooters.
- Smart: Users can check the vehicle status such as battery level at any time for a convenient route plan.
- Personalized: Custom lighting settings make vehicles stand out in the street.

- Electronic lock: The smart lock and unlock functions provided by Tuya responds within seconds. After the electronic lock is locked on the app, no power will be generated even if the acceleration motor switch is turned on. When the scooter is propelled, the motor will generate resistance, and the scooter cannot be propelled forward smoothly.
- Cruise control: The cruise control function relieves users from controlling the DIP switch to keep the vehicle speed, making riding more convenient. Ride the scooter at a specified speed for 10 seconds to enter the cruise mode. After entering the cruise mode, users can ride at the current speed without controlling the DIP switch. Tap the brake or operate the acceleration DIP switch to release the cruise control and return to the driver control mode.
Solutions
XBD chooses the MCU connection solution, one of the most commonly used solutions on the Tuya AI+IoT Platform. MCU connection solutions apply to smart products with MCU master control. Tuya provides app software and hardware modules, so that you can focus on product function R&D and develop smart products quickly.
App solutions
Tuya provides all-in-one apps and OEM apps. XBD has chosen Tuya's OEM app services and completed custom panel design.

Hardware solutions
In terms of hardware, XBD uses the BT3L module in the Single BLE Common Solution.
BT3L is a low-power embedded Bluetooth module developed by Tuya. The module consists of a highly integrated Bluetooth chip TLSR8250F512ET32 and a few peripheral components, with a built-in Bluetooth network protocol stack and various library functions. BT3L also contains a low power 32-bit MCU, BLE 5.0 and 2.4 GHz radio, 4 Mbit flash, 48 KB static random access memory (SRAM), and 9 reusable I/O ports.
